PROCON Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd a sister concern of Master Group of Companies established in 1988, the first of its kind with state-of-the-art self-reliant composite manufacturing facilities in Karachi & Lahore on a cumulative area of 98,250 square meters.

Procon is IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified company, supplies high quality finished products to Car, Van, Pickup, Truck, Bus, Motorcycle and Tractor manufacturers.

Procon has the advanced Stamping Facility (for sheet metal parts) with a wide range of Presses ranging from 100T to 1300T capacity and various types of welding facility supplemented with Robotic Welding for sheet metal part assemblies, including an in-house Tool & Die manufacturing facility for Dies, Jigs & Fixtures. It has the capability to fulfill any requirement for automotive interiors and other components.

PROCON has a dedicated setup for manufacturing of Automotive Seating Fabric with technical collaboration of TCH Suminoe Co., Ltd Thailand. This unit is fully equipped with all the necessary plant, machinery, testing equipment such as Electronic Dobby Loom, Jacquard Loom, Circular Knitting Machine etc. for manufacturing of Seating Fabrics.

Designing Facilities
Besides complete in-house Tool & Die manufacturing facility, we also have separate Advance Manufacturing Division (AMD), offer high-tech and modern solution to our valued customers via advance CAD /CAM / CAE techniques. With the most up-to-date machines, specialized hardware and process specific application software AMD is the visionary place for the OEMs for their manufacturing solutions.
